We are a small company run by two people, and we keep this short because we keep the data short. Here is what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you reserve a spot, your first name, last name, email address and phone number.
• When you sign the waiver, the details on that form, your typed and drawn signature, the date and time, your IP address and browser type, so both of us have a reliable record of what was signed.
• When you email or text us, whatever you choose to tell us.

How we use it

• To contact you about your reservation, payments and the retreat itself.
• To run the retreat safely, including sharing your name and any health notes you gave us with the facilitators on site.
• To send you retreat updates before and after the trip. You can ask us to stop at any time.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We share it only with the people and services needed to run the retreat, such as the hotel for your room booking and the secure database where the reservation and waiver records are stored.

Photos and video

We take photographs and video during the retreat. How those may be used is covered in the waiver you sign before attending. If you would rather not appear in them, tell us in writing before the retreat and we will honour that.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising cookies. It may use basic analytics to count visits. Your browser may remember a few settings between visits.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing jenna@jennaeisemanfitness.com. Signed waivers are kept for as long as we need them for legal reasons.
