Terms and Cancellation Policy

This page summarises the key terms for guests. The full agreement is the Waiver and Release of Liability every guest signs before attending, and if anything here differs from that document, the signed document governs.

What is included

Four nights at KAN Tulum, all group meals and non-alcoholic drinks, all scheduled sessions, ceremonies and group experiences, and airport transfers on the scheduled arrival and departure times. Flights, travel insurance, alcohol, spa services and anything you choose to do independently during free time are not included.

Prices and payment

$3,395 per guest for a private room, or $3,145 per guest for a shared room. A $500 deposit reserves your seat. The remaining balance is paid in three installments due October 1, November 15 and December 10, 2026. Guests who book after one of those dates receive an adjusted schedule, and every balance must be paid in full by December 10, 2026.

Cancellation and refunds

• The $500 deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancel on or before November 5, 2026: payments made beyond the deposit are refunded.
• Cancel between November 6 and December 5, 2026: payments are non-refundable. If we are able to fill your seat, we may at our discretion refund or credit payments beyond the deposit, less any costs already incurred.
• Cancel on or after December 6, 2026: all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation and medical care abroad.

Transferring your seat

Your seat may be transferred to another person only with our written consent. Email us first and we will check the waitlist. We cannot guarantee a replacement will be found.

If we cancel

If we cancel the retreat, you receive a refund of what you paid us for services not yet delivered. We are not responsible for flights or other costs paid to third parties.
